Join our Dynamic Team as a Financial Advisor! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will provide personalized financial advice and services to clients, helping them manage their financial portfolios and achieve their long-term goals. You will build strong relationships with clients, develop financial plans, and offer investment strategies that align with their retirement needs. What You’ll Do: Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice to help them achieve those objectives. Financial Planning : Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients, including retirement, estate, tax, and investment planning, ensuring each plan aligns with the client’s financial situation and future goals. Investment Strategy : Advise clients on investment opportunities, asset allocation, and risk management, ensuring their portfolios are properly diversified and aligned with their objectives. Market Research and Analysis : Continuously monitor financial markets and trends to provide informed recommendations and strategies that align with client goals and market conditions. Client Education : Educate clients on financial products, strategies, and industry trends, ensuring they make well-informed decisions about their finances. Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all financial plans and transactions. Sales and Business Development : Proactively identify opportunities for new business and develop strategies to expand the client base. Provide ongoing support to existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Experience You’ll Bring: Experience : Proven experience in financial advisory, investment management, or a similar financial services role. A track record of managing client portfolios and achieving financial goals is preferred. Knowledge : Market trends, investment strategies, retirement planning, tax strategies, and wealth management techniques. Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Interpersonal Skills : Excellent relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and offer personalized advice. Compliance Knowledge : Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards governing the financial services industry (FINRA, SEC). Bonus Points If You Have: Experience : 3+ years of experience in financial sales. Licensing : Series 65, Life & Health Insurance, Notary, CFP, CFA. Technical Know-How : Familiarity with Wealthbox CRM, Orion, Schwab/Fidelity platforms, MS Office Suite.
