We are seeking a skilled Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to join us in one of our NY offices. As a member of our Trusts & Estates team, you will assist clients in navigating complex trust and estate matters, ensuring effective estate planning and wealth preservation strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of probate law, estate tax implications, and trust administration to provide comprehensive legal support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with estate planning and the creation of trusts. Manage the administration of estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Provide legal advice on probate matters. Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments. Conduct legal research on estate tax and cross-border estate issues. Represent clients in estate litigation matters as needed. Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to create cohesive estate plans for clients. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) Licensed to practice in the state of NY. 5+ years of experience in trust and estate law, with a focus on estate planning and administration. Strong understanding of probate law, estate tax, and litigation. Cross-border estate planning is a PLUS! Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $210,000 and comprehensive benefits packages including Medical, Dental, Vision, flexible spending accounts, 401K, pension plan, long-term disability, and PTO.
