Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr We are an award-winning midsize wealth management firm. We've spent over 15 years providing investment and wealth management services to our clients. We're seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team!
What You Will Be Doing
Manage onboarding of new clients and investments by collecting and processing documentation Collaborate with advisors and analysts to for client related tasks and requests Responsible for all money transfer requests and movements Liaise and interact with advisors and custodians Interfaces with money managers regarding investment activity and administration for KYC and AML requests Monitor investment activity reports. Client verification Liase between tax associates during tax season
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar field 1+ year of experience in a client service role within the financial services industry, an RIA firm, banking or relevant internship Experience with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce or similar DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer (major plus). Series 65, 66 or above required
