Overview

As a Senior Demand Planner at ECCO, you will own and optimize the demand forecast for the Americas region at the product level. Leveraging data-driven insights and close collaboration with Sales and Merchandising, you will develop robust forecasts that balance consumer demand with inventory efficiency. You’ll play a key role in the S&OP process and drive alignment between commercial, supply chain, and planning teams. This role requires strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to influence across functions. Your work will turn insight into action—and shape ECCO's regional planning success. Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve demand forecasts grounded in sales data, market trends, and business insights. Track key metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, and value-add) and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and action planning. Own safety stock levels, lifecycle planning assumptions, and forecast overrides in line with business objectives. Provide demand input into the S&OP process, articulating key risks and opportunities. Collaborate with Supply Planning to resolve constraints and ensure demand-supply alignment. Identify and implement best practices in planning, including process automation and workflow optimization. Represent Demand Planning in Anaplan enhancements, data integration, and model governance. Collaborate with Data & AI teams to embed advanced analytics into forecasting routines. Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert, fostering knowledge sharing across planning teams. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related analytical role Expertise in statistical forecasting and demand planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, SAP IBP) Experience with advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivots, lookups, modeling) and data visualization (Power BI) Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate data into action Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Master's degree is a plus Experience in the Footwear or Apparel industry preferred About ECCO and EEO
