Location and Compensation Greater Boston • Salary: $120,000.00-$140,000.00
Responsibilities
Lead execution of deployment projects
Perform the overall day-to-day Project Management to ensure deliverables are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints
Identify active project risks, monitor for risk triggers, and execute contingency plans
Drive the planning and execution for all project activity in accordance with customer milestones
Lead the overall project implementation and teams in the planning and execution of projects that exceed customer requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science / IT, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
5+ years proven track record with large PDM/PLM software project
Proven track record in leading large, enterprise PLM software deployments in a Project Management role
Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise software deployments with teams of 3 or more members; experience managing large Commercial and Enterprise clients
Demonstrated experience with managing project budgets, P&L, invoicing, and billing; demonstrates the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Able to travel up to 50%
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in one or more verticals: Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, Manufacturing (Industrial, Job Shop, Mass Production), Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Shipbuilding
Industry knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Engineering change processes and best practices (CMII, CMPIC), phase gate project management, quality systems processes, requirements management, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, manufacturing process planning, MRO; PMP and/or SAFe certification is preferred
