The ERP System Analyst- Supply Chain works under the ERP Manager and is responsible for ensuring Supply Chain systems, processes, tools and technologies meet the needs of the business. This role drives efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction within the Supply Chain function through the strategic use of technology, primarily Workday. This role will work with the business partner to create system specifications, configure the system, test and document changes, and serve as the technical point of contact and subject matter expert for the Supply Chain domains within Workday (e.g., Procurement and Inventory). Responsibilities
Collaborate with various stakeholder groups, primarily Supply Chain, to identify and resolve issues, evaluate potential system enhancements, upgrades, and/or system conversions. Serve as primary point of contact for Workday inquiries related to Supply Chain. Configure Workday modules, including Procurement and Inventory, in collaboration with domain partners. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user issues and system enhancements. Triages and resolves tickets based on established SLAs. Independently troubleshoot issues and communicate resolutions to end users in a timely manner. Support organizational change initiatives related to Workday implementations or upgrades, including communicating changes to stakeholders and promoting user adoption. Serve as project lead or subject matter expert on projects of varying size and scope. Attend appropriate meetings to stay informed of project objectives, process workflows and progress of business concepts. Lead and participate in internal controls and audits to support the business domain, including change management and other IT controls as determined by Supply Chain Operations. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new Workday releases to recommend and implement improvements. Engage in continuous learning opportunities to further develop skills and capabilities in technical and functional areas. Performs other duties as assigned and comply with Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct. Qualifications
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred) or Associate degree in Computer Science (preferred) or High School Diploma (General). Required Minimum Licenses and Certifications:
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 3 years ERP configuration experience, preferably Workday. Minimum 3 years IT experience in a healthcare or related industry (preferred). Required Minimum Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; ability to work in a team environment; ability to multi-task and manage tasks independently with close attention to detail; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the Workday platform; in-depth understanding of supporting ERP platforms, preferably Workday.
