ERP Business System Analyst – Supply Chain & Manufacturing

Responsibilities
System Process Ownership: Lead and manage ERP system processes for demand planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management. Work cross‑functionally with global stakeholders to define transitional process flows and system architecture.
Collaboration with IT: Work closely with IT teams to implement and optimize ERP system changes, ensuring they meet business requirements. Act as the voice for the business in all IT changes related to materials management.
Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to improve efficiency and support Tektronix’s multi‑site manufacturing strategy. Lead effort to reduce complexity, drive out cost, improve inventory performance, and deliver world‑class on‑time delivery (OTD).
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Engage with global teams across various functions and time zones to ensure cohesive and integrated process management. Lead cross‑functional teams on system upgrades, changes, and enhancements.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze process data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Generate analysis and provide decision support for Tektronix’s Manufacturing Leadership Team. Leverage SQL to support ad‑hoc analysis from Oracle EBS.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end‑users to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems and processes as it relates to materials management.
Project Management: Lead and participate in projects related to ERP system enhancements and process improvements. Lead testing efforts and validation of changes.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Operations Management.
Experience deploying system mergers in a global environment with internal and/or external manufacturing.
Proven experience in leading systems conversions, including management of cutover for ERP system projects.
Preferred experience in upgrading from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion or similar level of ERP/EBS migration.
Key Competencies
Leadership: Dynamic leader comfortable presenting a business case to leadership and working with manufacturing end users.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ERP systems and their application in materials management. Experience writing functional specifications for IT changes preferred.
Analytical Skills: Advanced user of Excel, PowerBI, or another analytics platform. Experience writing SQL queries to pull operational data from a transactional database.
Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of business operations and process optimization with a focus on demand planning and material management.
Bonus or Equity This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,200.00 - 150,800.00.
