Responsibilities
Design workflows for a case management system using C#, ASP.NET, .NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server 2019, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 8, REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, SSRS, and Crystal Reports. Create online application submission portals with business rules and workflows. Build mobile-accessible features including case status review and document approval. Develop web services for bi-directional integration with external systems. Implement authentication via Active Directory and manage user permissions. Design and implement calendaring and scheduling functionalities. Build reports, error/warning logic, and scanning/audio/video recording services compatible with modern browsers.
Coding
Develop applications using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), MVC, Factory, Singleton, Database Access Application Block (DAAB), and Exception Handling Application Block (EHAP). Create and maintain web services to process data from external agencies.
Testing
Develop and execute unit test cases to ensure quality before QA handover. Perform unit, sanity, regression, and functionality testing prior to deployment.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience as a .NET Developer or similar role. Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML/HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular (including AngularJS), and Web UI design. Experience developing web services using WCF and/or SOAP/REST. Strong understanding of MVC patterns, usability, accessibility, and web design best practices. Proven experience in SQL Server 2016/2019, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, UDF, SSIS, Performance Tuning, and Query Optimization. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Strong knowledge of web security principles and preventive measures.
Desired Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience designing intuitive and effective user interfaces (UI/UX). Familiarity with load speed optimization techniques.
