Detail daily tasks will include but not limited to the following: Analyze and interpret business rules and workflows for application design Performance Metrics/Data Analysis Interface Design and coding of application Good communication skills that enable team members to fulfill tasks in a timely fashion. Aid other developers, pair programming where needed Prepare reports based on Business specifications Manage code Merge and code version control Design, develop and test web applications in an agile project management process using modern technology solutions Design libraries to support reusable components using SOLID principles Build responsive web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap 4, CSS3, HTML5, JSON Generate REST microservices designed with scalability and portability in mind Create SQL statements with performance in mind for database initializations designed for seeding data intended for automated testing HTML extensions helpers and/or web components to create standard look and feel for different UI widgets. Investigate new tools and new technology Implement correct design patterns for particular use cases Provide expert knowledge to State Staff Participate in project governance activities IT Specialist Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

72 months of experience as a web-based systems developer using Microsoft .Net Core, Microsoft ASP.Net Web Forms and C#, Angular, React, Node, Bootstrap framework. 72 months of experience in development of workflow processes using Microsoft ASP.Net (or ASP.Net Core) MVC and design patterns such as MVP, MVVM, Web using MVC core and WEB API. 60 months of experience in analysis, application solution design, development, quality assurance of large complex systems utilizing TypeScript. 72 months experience working with software languages: .NET C# / SQL Server / Oracle / jQuery / HTML5 / JavaScript / Angular / Bootstrap / CSS / C++ / Java / PHP / Python / Scala and building Web Applications using JavaScript Framework. 72 months experience working on XSLT transformations of transaction management that utilize EJB, JPA, Hibernate techniques to interface with Edge applications using SOAP / RESTful Web Services. 72 months experience in database development creating tables, views, complex queries, triggers, procedures and packages and performance tuning in Oracle DB, MSSQL, NoSQL database. 72 months experience in designing and implementing web applications in responsive web design using Bootstrap, HTML 5, CSS 3, AngularJS, Less framework, memory management and CPU profiling using JProfiler. 60 months experience with Git, as well as build systems, writing and using automated test scripts. 60 months experience in providing technical support for production software systems, including debugging customer issues, diagnosing performance issues, reviewing error logs, overseeing source code repositories and software configurations. 60 months of experience in optimizing the performance of ETL processes, synchronization of data between various Data Sources.
