As we scale, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to own top-of-funnel growth and be the engine behind our client acquisition strategy. The Role
As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of driving new business. You’ll identify, research, and engage prospective clients, sparking conversations that lead to long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact role with clear growth opportunity for someone eager to build a career in sales and recruiting. What You’ll Do
Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Build and maintain a pipeline of decision-makers (CROs, VPs of Sales, Talent Leaders, etc.) Partner with the leadership team to refine messaging and outreach strategies Set qualified meetings and create opportunities Track activity and results in CRM, reporting on progress and insights Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and a solutions-first mindset What We’re Looking For
6 months of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles (internships included) Strong communicator who can confidently engage with executives Resilient, competitive, and self-motivated You thrive on hitting and exceeding goals Organized and process-oriented, with attention to detail in outreach and follow-up Bonus: exposure to staffing, recruiting, or SaaS sales Why Join Us?
