Yellowstone Club’s POA Department is currently seeking candidates for an Assistant Asset Manager. This is a full-time year-round position located in Big Sky, Montana. Purpose:

The purpose of the POA Commercial Property Inspector is to assist with overseeing property walks and maintenance of all YC commercial associations. The Property Inspector works with the Commercial Community Management Team and various groups to provide assistance in POA Management and to ensure all rules, regulations, and maintenance standards are being followed. Major Responsibilities Ensure that each member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of guest service. Guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our members and guests, and ensure all transactions are handled ethically and legally. Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for employees, members, and guests. Seek medical attention if necessary and contact the Community Manager or Human Resources immediately in case of an emergency. Maintain positive working relationships with all company employees to promote a healthy work environment. Conduct daily on-site property walks of all commercial associations during seasonal operation. Identify and document exterior building maintenance concerns via the POA’s property tracking software and assist in managing related projects. Use the POA’s project management software to track maintenance tasks and projects. Respond promptly to maintenance issues, assess, and resolve them. Assist in contracting maintenance and annual preventative maintenance contracts. Help plan long-term maintenance and replacement projects for associations. Coordinate with YC Facilities team and contractors on maintenance and repairs. Perform light maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., lightbulb changes, snow shoveling). Serve as a point of contact for contractors and property managers regarding maintenance and contracts. Possess extensive knowledge of Yellowstone Club Design Guidelines, properties, and owners. Have some knowledge of maintenance and construction processes. Assist in tracking third-party inspections. Meet with the Community Manager to report on association projects. Maintain documentation related to association maintenance work. Support the Community Manager and YCPOA team with various tasks as assigned. Willingness to work weekends during seasonal operation is required. #LI-RB1
