Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus Wuersch & Gering, an international boutique law firm with a predominantly European-based business clientele, is seeking an Associate attorney for our Immigration Department on a full-time basis. Wuersch & Gering has a high-volume and robust immigration practice. We represent individuals and international and domestic companies ranging from start-ups to multinationals in a variety of industries in all aspects of employment-based immigration. The candidate will have 3 to 5 years of immigration law experience focusing on nonimmigrant visas (E-2, H-1B, L-1A/B Blanket and individual, and TN as well as employment-based green cards (PERM, EB-1(C) mostly) and family-based adjustments. The candidate is expected to hold a J.D. and be admitted to any state bar in the U.S. German language fluency is preferred, but not required. Wuersch & Gering offers a collegial work environment with flat hierarchies, reasonable billable hours expectations, and opportunities for growth.
