This role involves overseeing media operations within a designated stadium, ensuring smooth access and functionality for journalists, broadcasters, and photographers. The position reports to the Media Operations Cluster Manager and collaborates closely with the Venue Media Coordinator and FIFA Media Officers. Main Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and managing media areas at the stadium. Coordinate media access, logistics, and infrastructure to support media activities during matches. Manage media accreditation, signage, and communication within the venue. Build positive relationships with media representatives and address their concerns. Coordinate post-match media activities and serve as the primary contact for media inquiries. Train and oversee media operations volunteers. Venue Location
Miami (Hard Rock Stadium) Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates demonstrate accountability, decision-making skills, inclusivity, initiative, innovation, leadership, and strategic vision. They should have a relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably with football accreditation knowledge, and be fluent in English. Proficiency in MS Office and planning software is required.
