We’re looking for a friendly and proactive

Server Assistant

who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences. In this role, you’ll help deliver exceptional food and beverage service to residents, guests, and staff in a warm, welcoming environment. You’ll be part of a team that values professionalism, timeliness, and genuine care—ensuring every meal is served with excellence and every interaction leaves a lasting impression. weekend, and holiday availability required . Responsibilities

Welcomes all tables with a warm and friendly greeting. Ensures accuracy of food orders and serves food in a safe, sanitary, timely manner. Always maintains a neat and orderly appearance. Completes related tasks and side work as assigned. Demonstrates a positive, respectful, and professional team approach and communicates effectively with residents, peers, and managers. Consistently communicates resident and guest concerns to supervisors and/or management. Assists in maintaining and achieving departmental sanitation standards and goals. Requirements

Hourly Pay Range $16.75 - $17.25 USD Benefits – Mather offers a competitive benefits package.
