Types of cases/procedures Image guided biopsies and drainages, tunneled line placements, LP s, Myelograms, dialysis catheter placements, ureteral stents, power ports, Thoracentesis and Paracentesis, arthrograms and joint aspirations and injections Patient Volume (daily and/or annual) Primary adults EMR system Epic Number of Physicians/Support Staff in Department 5 Interview process (include expected time from submission to offer, etc.). 1st Name Clear, 2nd Name Clear, Phone call with site director.
