The Stock Operations Lead role at Roller Rabbit is integral to the seamless operation of our retail store. This position requires an individual with a passion for retail excellence, strong organizational prowess, and leadership ability. As Stock Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all back-of-house processes, driving operational efficiency, and supporting both the sales floor and corporate teams through accurate stock management. You’ll ensure that merchandise is received, processed, and maintained to company standards while also leading the stock team and acting as the primary point of contact for operational execution. This position plays a crucial role in driving productivity, supporting customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of our brand. As a Stock Operations Lead at Roller Rabbit, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Stockroom Management Organize and maintain stock areas to ensure merchandise is easily accessible, accurately labeled, and efficiently stored. Conduct regular audits of stock areas to maintain organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards. Ensure all inventory adjustments, damages, and transfers are processed according to company guidelines. Operational Oversight Oversee the receiving, processing, and merchandising of incoming shipments in collaboration with the stock team. Implement and monitor best practices for stock handling, minimizing shrinkage and maximizing efficiency. Partner with the corporate operations team on compliance, inventory control, and special projects. Support execution of company initiatives such as floor sets, product launches, and seasonal transitions. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and collaborate with management to replenish inventory, minimizing out-of-stock situations. Serve as the primary liaison between store leadership and corporate planning teams regarding stock issues, delays, or discrepancies. Analyze operational performance and provide feedback or recommendations to improve efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with demonstrated expertise in stockroom operations and team management. Must be an individual who possesses drive, is goal-oriented, and has an entrepreneurial outlook. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team. Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business. Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise, up to 20-25 pounds, and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to adapt to new software systems. Experience with POS or inventory management systems is strongly preferred.
