Provide weekly feedback to the Store Manager on products and customer insights. Accurately record client contact information in databases. Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction. Maintain regular communication with clients about store activities, new products, and promotions. Operations Assist with operational tasks, including visual merchandising. Handle opening and closing responsibilities. Keep the sales floor organized and stocked. Assist with processing shipments. Manage cash register functions accurately. Follow all company policies and procedures. Support weekly visual merchandising directives. Qualifications At least 1 year of retail experience. Quick learner with a drive, goal-oriented mindset, and entrepreneurial outlook. Flexible and dependable with scheduling, including weekends and holidays. Ability to lift 15-20 pounds.
