We are seeking a skilled Perinatal Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic sonography in accordance with AIUM guidelines, under direct supervision. Responsibilities include operating ultrasound equipment, performing OB-GYN scans, assisting with procedures like amniocentesis, and maintaining equipment and documentation. Benefits include a sign-on bonus of $7,500. Your Daily Responsibilities
Perform transabdominal and transvaginal scans, including fetal anatomy, Doppler studies, biophysical profiles, and cervical assessments. Assist with invasive procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling. Review physician orders and ensure accurate documentation and image transfer. Follow safety protocols, prepare patients, and explain procedures to ease anxiety. Maintain ultrasound equipment, ensure sterile techniques, and manage supplies. Qualifications
Experience in MFM sonography, preferably in outpatient settings. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Sonography. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Sonography Certification from recognized bodies. Skills and Abilities
Physical dexterity and knowledge of fetal anatomy. Effective communication and ability to work under pressure. Teamwork and critical thinking skills. Work Details
