About the Role: The NUNA server is responsible for greeting, serving, and assisting guests, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and all work areas. Candidate must have extensive food and wine knowledge, excellent guest service skills, as well as excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus. Take food and drink orders, making recommendations as needed. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting. Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required, bilingual preferred. Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in a high-paced and dynamic operation. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. Have a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner. Consistently delight and satisfy guests. The Sommelier will create wine lists, order wines, maintain and rotate wine stock, and provide wine suggestions to guests based on their preferences. Assist with food and beverage service, take orders, and deliver all orders throughout the restaurant when needed. Respond to all interactions courteously and professionally to maximize customer satisfaction. Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures. What you will do: Maintain an accurate beverage program, including wine list updates and POS system management. Train staff on the beverage program across all outlets. Lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees to meet standards. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through exceptional service. Manage the shift as a manager on duty when necessary, including opening and closing procedures. Manage the wine cellar, including receipt, storage, inventory, and ordering.
