Position Summary: The Creative Manager will lead the creative services team to visually represent the global brand across external communication channels, ensuring consistency in look, tone, and messaging aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include developing high-level creative concepts, managing internal and external relationships, and guiding the professional development of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global creative campaigns, core messaging, and visual concepts.
Lead and motivate a team of designers and copywriters from concept to completion.
Establish and maintain creative direction and brand consistency across all channels.
Supervise team members, review work, and support their professional growth.
Make strategic decisions using analytical and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
Manage relationships with internal clients and external agencies to align creative work with business goals.
Present high-level creative projects to leadership teams.
Oversee the professional development of team members and ensure policy compliance.
Approve digital, print, and other marketing materials and campaigns.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in leading creative teams and managing large-scale campaigns.
Strong skills in design, copywriting, editing, and project coordination.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Office, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years management experience in a creative environment.
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion and supervise team members effectively.
