Responsibilities This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow workflows and integrations that span across key IT management domains—IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Integrated Risk Management (ITRM). The developer will play a pivotal role in enabling automated asset discovery and lifecycle tracking, ensuring data integrity across systems, and building custom workflows to support governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITAM, CMDB, ITOM (especially Discovery), ITSM, and ITRM. • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, usage tracking, and disposal. • Expertise in CMDB architecture and data modelling, including CI relationships and dependency mapping. • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, and probes for accurate infrastructure mapping. • Ability to design and implement ITSM workflows for incident, problem, change, and request management using ServiceNow Flow Designer. • Experience developing ITRM workflows for risk identification, assessment, and mitigation within ServiceNow GRC or custom modules. • Integration skills using REST/SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with external asset repositories or discovery tools. • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices, especially around configuration, service, and risk management Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) or 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration or Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
