Hands-on consulting design development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules: Portal, Employee Center, Integrations, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog. Deep understanding of Service Portal and Employee Service Center implementation and configuration. Having prior SP to ESC migration experience is an added advantage. Good understanding of ServiceNow platform portal customization is a MUST. ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation. Must have done several integrations with 3rd party tools using REST, SOAP, email, MID Server, Integration Hub, etc. People with SailPoint IIQ Integration experience will be given preference. Can demonstrate a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Can work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services. Exhibits punctual and attentive attendance at all project meetings including requirements review and validation sessions, SCRUM ceremonies. Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, provide demos, and obtain sign off. Good understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes. Skills
