Install, configure, and maintain security cameras, access control systems, and related hardware/software. Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve system malfunctions or connectivity issues. Ensure proper wiring, networking, and integration of security systems into existing infrastructure. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize system performance. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to complete installations accurately. Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure system functionality meets requirements. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and industry regulations. Train customers and team members on proper use and maintenance of security systems. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation for all projects. Travel to various job sites within Southern California as needed. Qualifications
Experience working with security camera systems and access control technologies (Hikvision, Axis, Avigilon, Honeywell, etc.). Strong knowledge of low-voltage wiring, networking, and electrical components. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair security system issues efficiently. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Familiarity with IP-based and analog security systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites. Preferred Experience
Previous experience in commercial construction, security system installation, or facility maintenance. Certifications in security systems, access control, or low-voltage wiring (preferred but not required). Benefits & Perks
