What will you do?
Maintain organized pantries before, throughout, and at the close of each event. Supervise Suite runners on duty to ensure they are staying on task. Complete inventory at the closing of every month. Assist where needed on event and non-event days. More about you
Must be at least 21 years old. Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and deadlines, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages. Physical requirements
Able to lift up to 50lbs comfortably. Visual acuity sufficient to see and distinguish required reports. Manual dexterity sufficient for writing. Frequent bending and reaching. Shift details
