What will you do?

Set up tables for the function according to the banquet event order. Transport food and beverages to guests promptly. Perform necessary tasks to service guests, including taking and filling drink orders, providing refills, answering questions, and clearing dirty dishes. Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures. Monitor guest needs continually, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handles any guest complaints. Replenish food on buffet lines as needed. Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates. Break down the event according to company procedures. More about you

Must be 18 years of age. Previous restaurant, catering, and/or banquet experience required. Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent guest service skills. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, including listening skills, and the ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly. Physical requirements

Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift. Ability to lift to 30 pounds. Mobility to maneuver between tables. Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
