Janitor/Light Maintenance

Janitorial/ light maintenance person needed. Looking for someone who can work independently, with minimal supervision and complete tasks in a timely and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities (included but are not limited to)

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
• Maintain cleaning inventory
• Maintain outdoor grounds, cut grass and trim bushes
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Experience as a semi-skilled handyman is preferred.

As Needed:

• Light maintenance/handyman tasks
• Arrange for extra cleaning
• Set up for events or meetings
• Deliveries or pick ups
• Other work as needed

Additional Abilities

• Ability to work efficiently, independently and collaboratively in team environment
• Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and customers
• Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable with work attendance
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
