Janitorial/Light Maintenance Person

Looking for someone who can work independently, with minimal supervision, and complete tasks in a timely and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls
• Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office tools, and phones
• Maintain cleaning inventory
• Maintain outdoor grounds, cut grass, and trim bushes
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Experience as a semi‑skilled handyman is preferred

As Needed

• Light maintenance/handyman tasks
• Arrange for extra cleaning
• Set up for events or meetings
• Deliveries or pick ups
• Other work as needed

Additional Abilities

• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate professionally with co‑workers and customers
• Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable with work attendance
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
