About the Role: We’re looking for an Accounting Analyst who is excited about solving complex financial questions and supporting a diverse client base. You’ll perform detailed reconciliations, assist with new client onboarding, and contribute to building scalable, tech-enabled accounting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-client environment.

What You'll Do:

• Solve ad-hoc financial and accounting questions for clients.
• Perform complex accounting reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities.
• Support new client analysis and onboarding, including financial system setup and data migration.
• Become a systems & process expert for your portfolio of clients, helping streamline operations.
• Assist with the monthly accounting cycle (bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close).
• Help prepare accurate and timely financial reports with insights for client decision-making.
• Leverage AI, automation, and financial technology tools to enhance financial back-office workflows.
• Act as a versatile member of the Services team—able to dig into complex accounting issues or update a financial operating model.
• Communicate directly with clients, addressing inquiries and providing accounting support.

What We're Looking For:

• 4–6 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience (startup, SMB, or multi-client environment preferred).
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong data analysis abilities.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and other ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
• Strong team player who can also work independently.
• Advanced GAAP expertise.
• Prior experience supporting multiple clients/accounts simultaneously.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, pivot tables, macros).
