What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 5 accounting professionals across AP, AR, fixed assets, and month-end close.
- Oversee cost and inventory accounting, including physical inventory and system accuracy.
- Act as a D365 ERP super user, enhancing system efficiency.
- Participate in strategic decision-making as part of the plant’s leadership team.
- Manage transition projects, including the wind-down of a legacy site.

Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- ERP proficiency, especially D365.
- Cost accounting knowledge.
