We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee accounting operations for one of their largest manufacturing sites.

• Lead the month-end close process and oversee all general ledger activities for the site.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses in collaboration with operations leaders.
• Support internal controls, compliance initiatives, and cost accounting activities.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and senior leadership to drive performance insights.
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members to support department and company goals.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of standard cost accounting, inventory management, and GAAP compliance.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a hands-on, process improvement mindset.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
