Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by posting open positions, managing social media posts, and building strong relationships with local schools, community colleges, and universities. You will help create a pipeline of qualified healthcare talent and assist in various HR-related tasks as assigned. Responsibilities

  • Job Postings: Post job openings on internal and external job boards, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete listings.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and schedule social media posts related to open positions to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with local high schools, community colleges, and universities offering health science programs to build a steady pipeline of future healthcare professionals.
  • Career Fairs: Attend career fairs and other recruitment events to represent Labette Health and engage with prospective candidates.
  • HR Assistance: Support the HR team with administrative duties, including candidate tracking, onboarding, and document management.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Assist in creating strategies to attract top healthcare talent and enhance Labette Health's employer brand.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, or a strong desire to learn in this field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
