Business Solutions Manager - Sales & Recruiting

Ultimate Staffing Services, one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the U.S., is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to recruit and to develop and grow our client base and new business opportunities for the Orlando, Florida area. This role operates in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, using end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle skills to promote our workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects through a combination of video and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the Orlando, Florida area.
  • Promote workforce staffing solutions to clients and prospects through a mix of video and in-person meetings.
  • Leverage end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle skills in a largely virtual environment.

Qualifications

  • Residence in the greater Orlando, Florida area.
  • Experience in business development and outbound sales.
  • Strong business acumen and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills.
  • Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful.
  • Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers and clients in line with company values; focus on belonging.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience.
