Responsibilities

• The timely and accurate payments of all suppliers in a highly automated, paperless environment
• Reviewing and reconciling discrepancies through internal channels and supplier contact
• Reconciling and reporting accounts payable through the financial reporting process

Qualifications

• Be a graduate with an Associates Degree (or equivalent college coursework) or a Bachelor’s Degree, with experience and long-term interest in Accounting, or be a currently enrolled student working on a B.S. in Accounting, Finance or Business
• 2-3 years of experience in highly automated accounting function
• Minimum of 6 hours college accounting classwork required; BS in Accounting preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in attention to detail
• This is a Full-time position; M-F; 8am-5pm; in office
