About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a growing company in the restaurant industry, for a Contract Administrator to join their Eugene office. This position is responsible for coordinating and administering contracts, agreements, leases, and licenses that support the company's operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing high-volume contract workflows in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Review and track contracts and renewals, including services, equipment leases, building leases, liquor licenses, business licenses, and maintenance agreements.

Coordinate the signing of all contracts and ensure executed documents and supporting materials are properly retained.

Submit documentation for permitting and ensure timely payment of associated fees.

Review and approve rent payments to ensure they are processed on time.

Track health and food permits, ensuring timely filings and renewals.

Open necessary accounts for new locations (utilities, internet, etc.).

Coordinate setup of highway signage in accordance with company guidelines.

Monitor company locations for water leaks and ensure immediate resolution.

Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar contract administration role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
