You will work across the full product lifecycle—breaking down epics, managing backlogs, collaborating with developers, and ensuring high-value feature delivery at a regular cadence. This is a strategic role for a delivery-minded product professional who thrives at the intersection of business goals and technical execution. Must-Have Skills 10 - 15 + years in a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager role Hands-on experience managing product backlogs and user stories Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Solid understanding of APIs, middleware, or enterprise software development Proven track record of successful product/feature delivery Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field Ability to prioritize by business value and ROI Excellent collaboration with development, QA, and UX teams Banking or financial services experience Knowledge of SAFe Agile frameworks Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent Experience with product roadmaps, release planning, and stakeholder presentations Exposure to DevOps workflows and CI/CD concepts You’ve never served as a product owner or worked closely with development teams You do not have experience in Agile/Scrum product delivery You lack exposure to cloud platforms like AWS You only have project management or business analyst experience without product ownership You are not comfortable working onsite in Cincinnati, OH Seniority level
