Responsible for the day-to-day transaction management of a portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more national and/or global corporate services clients. Responsibilities include market optimization planning, monitoring internal/external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service and work product, and mentoring and/or oversight of the Transaction Coordinator role. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of portfolio plans aligning with client’s real estate goals. Collaborate with brokerage professionals to negotiate business terms for transactions such as leases, sales, subleases, and purchases. Manage transaction documentation and client communications. Review and interpret financial analyses. Oversee revenue tracking and maintain transaction databases. Ensure accuracy of transaction reports and present activity to clients. Lead or facilitate client meetings and suggest process improvements. Assist with onboarding new team members and supervise transactional staff as needed. Process and Transaction Management
Develop standard forms and procedures, implement efficient processes, and measure performance. Coordinate broker selection, client needs assessment, negotiations, legal reviews, and dispute resolution. Manage client site visits, ensure compliance with real estate standards, and oversee rebate accounts. Strategic Planning
Assist in developing strategic real estate plans, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support business case development. Key Competencies
Client service, communication, financial analysis, negotiation, organization, teamwork, and multitasking skills. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field; finance or real estate preferred. 3+ years of real estate transaction or corporate real estate experience. The position offers a salary range of $100,300 to $118,000, along with comprehensive benefits.
