Overview
Clinic Director - Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) at West Lebanon Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. Part of Acadia Healthcare’s nationwide network of Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder (OUD). This outpatient clinic supports patients on their recovery journey with comprehensive care that treats the whole person. We are seeking a dedicated, passionate Clinic Director to lead daily operations at West Lebanon CTC. This leadership role is ideal for someone who shares our mission to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and who is ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Our network serves nationwide with 170+ CARF-accredited OTPs, serving patients undergoing treatment for OUD. We care for more than 74,000 patients daily and offer a mission to deliver comprehensive care, combining therapies with safe and effective medications. Role Location

Calculated Salary Range for role: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. Before Annual Incentives. Schedule
Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality care and alignment with strategic business goals. Partner with regional leadership to develop and manage the clinic’s annual budget and strategic plan. Serve as the clinic’s final authority on daily operations, collaborating with the Medical Director on clinical matters. Act as a community liaison, attending events and building partnerships to promote the clinic. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to operations, community relations, and public affairs. Ensure services comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements; coordinate submissions to federal and state agencies. Oversee personnel decisions, including performance evaluations, staffing, training, and hiring; provide staff development opportunities. Ensure clinic-wide compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations; manage corrective action plans as needed. Maintain secure management of medications, medical records, and employee documentation; uphold patient confidentiality and rights. Lead risk management efforts, including risk assessments, investigations, and data-driven improvements. Ensure patients are informed of responsibilities regarding safeguarding take-home medications. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a social, behavioral, or mental health services field from an accredited college or university. Experience overseeing outpatient services, preferably MAT, mental health, IOP, PHP, or SUD programs. Experience in a narcotic treatment program (MAT) is highly preferred. Proven P&L management experience, including budget oversight. Business development experience and ability to build community partnerships and referrals. Experience with multiple payer sources (Medicare/Medicaid). Prior management experience with leadership and coaching of multidisciplinary teams. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Benefits
