HVAC Project Manager
to join our growing organization and lead projects from planning through successful completion. Job Summary
The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, including budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of managing projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Manage HVAC projects from pre-construction through completion Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Develop and manage project schedules and budgets Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Prepare and review project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Identify and resolve project issues or delays
