About the Role We are hiring a Junior Security Analyst to support security compliance and facility operations across classified programs. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for individuals with working knowledge of NISPOM and an interest in gaining experience with SCIF and SAP/SCI program support.
Key Responsibilities
3-5 years of experience within the industrial security industry.
Support the daily execution of security operations in accordance with NISPOM and 32 CFR Part 117.
Assist in maintaining personnel and facility clearances via DISS, NBIS, and NISS.
Prepare and manage visit requests and classified contract documentation (e.g., DD-254s).
Help coordinate internal self-inspections and DCSA assessments.
Contribute to SCIF/Open Storage Area construction and accreditation documentation.
Draft and update SOPs, access rosters, training logs, and emergency action plans.
Aid in incident reporting, security inquiries, and general investigations.
Support security training and briefing/debriefing efforts.
The Skillset
Familiarity with the NISPOM and general industrial security practices.
Experience with DISS, NISS, NBIS, or related systems preferred.
Exposure to DD-254s and classified contract workflows.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn SCIF construction/accreditation requirements.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility + Clearance
Must possess active TS/SCI eligibility
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 USD
