Leasing Professional Rose Valley Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team. Job Summary: The Leasing Professional will be a goal-driven team player with strong organizational, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The primary goal is to guide potential residents through the move-in process by answering inquiries, conducting property tours, and assisting with applications. Responsibilities include follow-up communications, showcasing the property, and supporting leasing activities. Benefits: Monthly commissions Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Generous PTO 401K plan after 1 year with company match Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License At least 1 year leasing experience Energetic, creative, and sales-oriented with strategic marketing skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Positive attitude, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends Ability to meet leasing targets Knowledge of Appfolio software preferred Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members via email and phone Conduct property tours and maintain presentation standards Ensure apartments are ready for showings and maintain a clean work environment Follow up with prospects, send thank you notes, and support marketing efforts Document prospect activity in compliance with Fair Housing Laws Utilize sales techniques to close leases and meet monthly goals Process rental applications and verify information Prepare move-in packets and conduct market research on competitive properties Develop resident retention programs and provide excellent customer service Complete special projects and report concerns to management Follow up on renewals and tenant delinquency As the first impression of our community, our Leasing Professional should deliver exceptional customer service, employ effective sales techniques, and maintain a professional image.
