Event Dates: March 28, 2025 - May 14, 2025 Start times vary. We offer Daytime and Evening shifts. Primary Responsibilities
Greet guests at the VIP entrance, scan their tickets, and hand them their VIP lanyards; Ensure all customer needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner; Serve non-alcoholic beverages to guests (market dependent); Prepare VIP for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, cleaning and vacuuming, placing furniture, etc.; Fill beverage fridges and food stations, perform inventory on supplies; Serve food to guests throughout the VIP tent and attached terraces in a positive and friendly manner; Maintain strict cleanliness of the VIP area; Clear and clean tables of food, drinks, and general garbage, clean coffee area, food service areas, and VIP area in general; Ensure hand-washing stations are always in order and stocked with soap and paper towels; Change garbage, compost, and recycle bags, disposing of them in assigned bins; Participate in the setup and teardown of the kitchen and catering areas; Assist other areas as needed; The Ideal Candidate Will
Have a professional, clean appearance with straight posture; Be physically able to stand for long hours; Understand customer service and hospitality; Pay attention to details, work fast and efficiently under pressure; Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings); Work well with others and know when to seek help from a supervisor; Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information; Be available for the entire event duration; Speak English (mandatory) – other languages are an asset; Physical Demands
This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling for up to 8 hours. May also lift up to 50 lbs.
