We’re hiring founding engineers to help build the infrastructure behind the next generation of B2B software. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll work directly with the founders to shape the product, the company, and the way healthcare and staffing operations are run.
What you’ll do
Ship fast, talk to customers, and build at the frontier of AI-native software. Work across the stack — from re-architecting ML forecasting systems to delivering elegant user-facing features. Build the platform infrastructure that allows AI to generate customer-specific apps, reports, and workflows. Help define engineering culture and grow the team. What kind of person we’re looking for
