Full-time, On-site (4 days/week), up to 25% travel Rokt recently merged with mParticle, a leading customer data platform, powering billions of transactions and helping global brands leverage data-driven insights to personalize experiences. Role Overview: As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage and grow relationships with Rokt’s top-tier global clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of platform usage.
