Salary : $53,760 – $84,480/year + bonus + benefits Job Summary : As a Customer Success Manager II at ZoomInfo, you'll manage strategic customer relationships to drive product adoption, retention, and growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, deliver business reviews, and align ZoomInfo’s value with customers’ evolving needs. The role is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying expansion opportunities.
