Key Responsibilities
- 1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to source candidates from diverse platforms such as job boards, professional networks, and recruitment events.
- Conduct detailed screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates\' technical capabilities and cultural fit.
- Manage a robust talent pipeline to ensure ongoing recruitment for critical roles.
- 2. Onboarding Excellence (Primary Responsibility)
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their transition into Zephyrus Engineering Limited is smooth, engaging, and informative.
- Create and implement comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to technical roles, including introductions to teams, tools, and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all equipment, access, and resources are ready before the candidate\'s first day.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their initial months, addressing queries and facilitating their integration into company culture.
- 3. Employer Branding and Engagement
- Represent Zephyrus Engineering Limited at career fairs, technical conferences, and networking events to attract top talent.
- Develop compelling content to promote job opportunities and the company\'s culture on social media and professional platforms.
- Foster relationships with technical universities and training institutions to build a strong early-career pipeline.
- 4. Recruitment Process Optimization
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices to ensure the use of cutting-edge techniques in talent acquisition.
- 5. Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all recruitment and employment laws.
- Prepare detailed reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes for leadership review.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical certifications are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within the engineering or technology industry.

- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of engineering roles, technical jargon, and industry trends.

- Knowledge of virtual onboarding platforms and tools is a plus.
