Campers Inn RV is looking for an Entry Level RV Technician to join our growing team! We provide free basic tools for you to keep after 12 months of employment. No experience necessary! With our in-house technician training program, you will be learning valuable on‑the‑job skills right away. This role assists in the diagnosis, inspection, adjustments, and repairs for recreational vehicles including travel trailers.

Essential Job Functions

• This is a safety sensitive position
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery
• Assist in inspecting and testing for defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions
• Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to fit units
• Assist in repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC components

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• License & Certifications: Valid Driver’s license and good driving record required
• Experience: No experience necessary
• Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively; ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals; ability to use hand tools and power tools; ability to comply with OSHA regulations regarding Protective Clothing and Equipment; ability to safely use solvents and chemicals; ability to move RVs of various sizes; ability to organize physical tasks including climbing ladders, lifting, pulling, pushing; ability to stand for long periods; ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
