Warehouse Supervisor – Food Manufacturing (Full Time)

Are you an experienced warehouse leader looking for a new opportunity in food manufacturing? We are a growing company specializing in frozen bread products, and we’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Tulsa, OK.

What You’ll Do:

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and mentoring the warehouse team to meet daily goals
• Coordinating inbound and outbound trucks, ensuring timely and accurate shipments
• Monitoring inventory levels, cycle counts, and product rotation (FEFO)
• Maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Streamlining processes for efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborating with production, quality, and logistics teams to support company goals
• Inventory and material handling management

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, ideally in food manufacturing or distribution
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory control
• Familiarity with food safety and cold storage environments preferred
• Proficient in basic computer systems - Specifically Microsoft Suite
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
