Overview

SIGINT Systems Administrator (High-Band Journeyman) role at CAC I International Inc. You will be responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure issues, analyzing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, and providing system administration and security for assigned infrastructure. Responsibilities

Manage and support HBS software and processes. Provide system administration for GCP (CETS, MSCS, RIM, SEAM, and SDE) software. Maintain HBS software to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites and systems. Provide HBS technical and engineering software support. Create, update, and respond to HBS incident tickets. Perform system administration support to the PCPAD process. Provide comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for HBS software and systems (including legacy hardware maintenance) associated with ground components. Support SRM or MT in analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the system/sensors and SIGINT end-to-end network paths. Serve as HBS subject-matter expert to provide sustainment support during system upgrades. Provide HBS process and data link improvements/recommendations. Support data encryption changes and implementation. Support SIGINT post-upgrade efforts in accordance with tech data, TTPs, and OIs; provide on-the-job training to AFP and identify sustainment improvements to reduce logistics footprint. Perform TCTO, TCNO, and related tasks as directed. Qualifications

Security+ CE certification Associates degree in a technical field OR ≥5 years of AF DCGS experience TS/SCI security clearance ≥1 year of ELINT experience Desired

The proposed salary range for this position is $82,700 - $173,900 USD. Final salary is dependent on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. CAC I offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement, and learning opportunities. Equal Opportunity
