ESI is one of the largest construction companies in Colorado that self-performs a variety of services including Underground Utilities, Milling, Asphalt, Paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork for Infrastructure and Infrastructure Improvement Projects in the commercial, municipal, and federal sectors. POSITION SUMMARY Estimating, planning, managing and coordinating multiple Commercial, Federal, State and Local Municipality projects. Responsible for the conceptual development of a construction project and overseeing its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation while developing the best methods to ensure team support and effective communication. Study job specifications and evaluate construction methods to determine cost-effectiveness of plans. Accurately forecasts cost of future project estimates and changes to existing contracts while negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Develop and submit budget progress reports, and/or cost tracking reports. Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Plan, organize, or direct activities on multiple projects concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses. Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out. Requisition supplies or materials to complete construction projects. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer. Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, design issues and resolution, or construction problems.
