Target pay rate is $42 per hour Responsibilities

Manage proactive change communication for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring timely and accurate notifications to customers. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to gather details and create content for message center updates. Contribute to key projects focused on enhancing the Microsoft 365 proactive communication mechanism. Maintain high-quality work output, adhering to deadlines while ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication. Participate in weekly sync meetings with project sponsors to review progress and align on priorities. Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft 365 products. At least 2 years experience in technical writing, with a focus on clear and effective communication. Minimum of 2 years experience in project management, demonstrating ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences including customers and executives.
